At Farmacias Savia, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your items aren't quite right, you can return any unworn and unwashed products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Request a Return
Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the Return Authorization form is included inside the parcel.
Ship the Package
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
